When the payment transaction is successful please e-mail us what bank and branch , what time and total amount. Tracking Number will get next day of payment date.  Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified though website.

Return Policy

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.
 

Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Instruction

To request for a return, please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at creativestyle88@gmail.com. 

Products need to be returned to us in its original state and in the condition they were sent in, within 7 days if your return is accepted.

Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Strands will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost).
